Cassini's Site Wins Webbys '09!
NASA/JPL's Cassini Mission Site Wins Webbys!

The Cassini mission web site, http://saturn.jpl.nasa.gov/, was voted Best Science Site in this year’s Peoples Voice Webby awards! A big congrats to the web team – and the entire mission team as well – for the recognition of excellence. I know I cast my vote for the site, as it’s well-made and a daily source of invaluable information for Lights in the Dark.

Other nominees in the category were Nature.com, the Scientific American site, Wired.com and the Exploratorium Evidence: How Do We Know What We Know site. A list of all the Webby award winners can be seen here.

NASA’s main site also won for Best Government Site.

Keep up the great work!
